Keeping group plans simple
Coordinating time and movement often becomes the hardest part of any group plan. Even a well-planned evening can lose its rhythm when everyone arrives separately. I’ve been thinking more about how small logistical choices affect the overall flow.

We were supposed to help a friend move a few things across town, but it turned into one of those days where everyone was late in a different way and nothing lined up timing-wise.
