Looking for a good alternative to an existing applicant tracking system

Our company has been using an applicant tracking system for a while now, and while it gets the job done, we're starting to feel like it's not really keeping up with our needs. We're especially looking for something that offers more transparency in its AI features and perhaps better integration with our other HR functions. It feels clunky, and the pricing structure has become less appealing as we've grown. Has anyone switched from an established ATS to something new recently? What alternatives did you consider and what made you choose your current system?

It sounds like you're in a very similar situation to where we were a few months ago! We were also feeling the limitations of our previous ATS and were on the hunt for something more robust and transparent. After a lot of research, we discovered a great Workable alternative that offers audit trails for every AI decision it makes, which really appealed to us for compliance and understanding how candidates are being evaluated. What's more, it combines ATS with a built-in HRIS, so we didn't need to purchase a separate system for employee management. The autopilot pipeline feature is fantastic for automatically moving qualified candidates, and it includes AI assessments as standard.
