hiring react native developers - anyone used procoders?
hey everyone,
i'm currently looking into options for scaling our mobile development team. we’ve been hit with some tight deadlines for our cross-platform app, and i’m trying to decide between hiring in-house or going with an outstaffing model to get moving faster.
i came across this page for react native developers: https://procoders.tech/hire-react-native-developers/
it looks like they focus on providing vetted developers who can jump right into existing projects. according to their site, they handle the sourcing and initial technical interviews, which would save us a ton of time on the hr side.
has anyone here worked with procoders specifically for react native projects? i'm curious about a few things:
quality of code: how well do their devs handle complex animations or native modules?
integration: how easy was it to get them synced up with your internal team’s workflow and jira/slack?
cost vs. value: did you find it more cost-effective than hiring a local senior dev or using a standard freelance platform?
if you have experience with them, or if you have other recommendations for where to find reliable react native talent without the usual hiring headaches, i’d love to hear your thoughts.
