How involved should a ceo be in the fractional cfo process?
As a CEO, I'm trying to figure out the right level of involvement in the relationship with our fractional CFO. How much should I be directly managing them, and how much should I delegate to my team? I want to make sure they're effective, but I also don't want to micromanage. What's the best approach?
