Unexpected Functional Limitations
I noticed some built-in utilities don’t open correctly after my recent reinstall of Windows 11. They show as installed but won’t respond. I didn’t make any unusual tweaks during setup. Everything else seems fine. Has anyone else experienced nonresponsive utilities right after installing?
