Anyone here box? Looking for some gear advice
Hey everyone! I’ve recently started boxing and want to pick up some proper training equipment. I’m still a bit unsure about what’s needed for sparring, bag work, and general practice. Any tips from people with experience would be really appreciated!

Hi everyone, I’ve been getting into boxing recently as well and trying to sort out what’s actually worth buying first, and while I was comparing different opinions on gear I ended up reading a discussion on https://knowmedge.com/medical_boards_forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=19208#p44777 which gave me a better sense of why most people start with comfortable all-around gloves, simple hand wraps, and a mouthguard before worrying about anything more advanced.
