Gift ideas for a Rust player with 2000+ hours?
My boyfriend is a huge Rust fan (it’s basically his second job at this point). His birthday is coming up and I want to get him some cool skins, but I have no idea what’s actually considered "good" in the game. I know he likes the AK and he spends a lot of time building huge bases. What are some iconic or "status symbol" skins in Rust that a veteran player would actually appreciate? And more importantly, is there a safe place to buy them where I don't need to be an expert in Steam trading? I just want to pay, get the item, and give it to him.

That’s a brave gift choice! Rust players are very particular about their skins. If he’s a veteran, he’d probably love something like a "Big Grin" face mask, a "Tempered" AK, or maybe some of the high-tier glowing deployables like the "Large Candle" or "Neon" boxes. For a safe and easy experience, I’d suggest browsing https://avan.market/market/rust It’s very user-friendly—you can search by item type (like "Assault Rifle" or "Large Wood Box") and sort by price to find the high-end stuff. It’s much safer than trying to navigate the Steam Market if you aren't familiar with it, and the prices are better. You just buy the item to your Steam account and then you can trade it to him. He’ll be seriously impressed you found such high-tier gear!
