Is anyone else spending way too much time chatting with AI lately?
Is it just me, or is it getting harder to put my phone down these days? I swear I didn't used to spend this much time online, but now, between social media, streaming shows, and just general internet surfing, the hours seem to melt away. A big part of it, I think, is the personalized content. Everything's tailored to keep you engaged, and it's definitely working on me. I'm a bit worried I'm losing track of real-world stuff. Anyone else feel like they're spending too much time glued to their screens? Any tips for breaking the cycle?

I had a similar experience recently and started exploring AI companions out of curiosity. I tried creating one and found it surprisingly engaging, especially when I didn’t feel like scrolling through social media. What I like is being aware that it's just a tool, so I try to keep a healthy balance. The customization options and conversations can be quite interesting, but I still treat it as something casual rather than a replacement for real interactions.
