Using splatter screen with wok — does it fit?
My carbon steel wok has high sloping sides. Regular flat screens don’t sit right — they either fall in or leave huge gaps. Anyone found one that works on a traditional wok shape?

Woks are tricky because of the curve. Flat rigid screens usually fail. A slightly domed one with a wide enough diameter can rest on the upper rim decently. This one has enough curve and size to sit stable on my 14-inch wok without falling in https://www.amazon.com/splatter-screen-for-frying-pan/dp/B0DSWPHZ6K?tag=contractorhub-20 catches most of the oil spray during high-heat stir-fries. Mesh holds up to the heat, handle gives good leverage to lift. Not 100% perfect seal but way better than no screen. Less oil on the stove hood now.
