Reflashing your thinking for success
Limiting beliefs kept me from moving forward for a long time. “It’s too late for me”, “I’m not good enough”, “it’s not my thing” — does this sound familiar? Until I started working with attitudes, everything was as if through glass. An article from in Liven`s blog about internal scripts really helped. I wrote out old beliefs and made up new formulations for them. At first I didn’t believe it, but repetition worked. The brain began to restructure. If you feel like you’re holding yourself back, I recommend trying this method. This is a simple but powerful step to changing not only your thoughts, but also the reality around you.
