Is a Google Knowledge Panel worth pursuing for small businesses?
I run a small local business and have been trying to improve how people find us online. Lately I noticed that some companies have that information box on Google with their logo, website, and other details, while mine only shows regular search results. I'm not expecting miracles, but I do wonder if it actually helps smaller businesses look more trustworthy or if it's something that's only realistic for bigger brands.
