Any CPM networks that actually have good support?
I've been running popunder campaigns for about two years now. The thing that drives me crazy is support. Every time I have a question — about targeting, about billing, about why my campaign isn't delivering — I get a copy-paste answer from some FAQ. Or worse, no answer at all for days. Is there any ad network out there where the support team actually knows ad tech and responds quickly? I'm willing to pay slightly higher CPM for decent support at this point.
