I set up a tech support call center at my company, but I don't know of any software or strategies for handling business calls. Right now, all support is handled through personal phone numbers. Do you have any recommendations?

Hi. There are a lot of different programs out there; I can recommend mightycall.com if you have a small team. It works great for my team right now. Or Dialpad, if you need more AI integration—there are plenty of alternatives to choose from.
